Description

Alternate text is a very important thing to ensure accessibility for blind or sight-impared people. Unfortuately, Mastodon does not show if a media resource (image, video or audio) has a description or not.

Personally, I’d like to avoid boosting posts that are inaccessible, therefore I built this tiny bot that follows me and whenever I post or boost something without a description, I’ll get a reminder, so I can fix my post or unboost the inaccessible thing.

Although it’s marked as completed here, I still maintain it. It’s just feature complete, therefore I don’t think it needs more work. ^^
